Why do I receive damaged item?

We do ship every item with care and extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please reach us out with your order number and the picture of the damaged item. Once we received that, we'll be happy to send you another item free of charge. 

 

Is cancellation permitted?

 Yes, but you must contact us within 24 hours to inform us.

 We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. 

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, We ship all over the WORLD. Shipping is free worldwide. We Run Discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals by subscribing to our email list. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. After that, it will take 12-21 business days for delivery in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and United States, and 18-30 business days for orders from other countries.  

 

When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, the tracking Number usually takes 5-7 business days to be generated and emailed to you.
